THE BARRONS 833 & 835 Nichols Place
The Goodfellaz completely updated and renovated the interior of these 2 lumber era beauties in 2005/2006. Each Barron has 2 new full bathrooms and new kitchens and each can accommodate 5 students.
Goodfellaz Inc. purchased "The Len" in 2003. The interior was renovated in 2003/2004. The exterior was restored in 2006. During the summer of 2007 most units received new kitchens.
